School Leavers employment support

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is a service designed to help NDIS participants transition from school to the workforce with confidence. SLES funding is available for students in their final years of schooling and up to two years post-school, providing essential skills and experience for employment success.

At DAYS, we take a personalised approach by offering both 1:1 support and group-based learning, ensuring each participant receives a tailored plan that meets their unique needs and goals. Our focus is on building skills, confidence, and independence to support a smooth and successful transition into the workplace.
