School Leavers employment support

School Leavers Employment Support is  a service which aims to assist NDIS participants in the transition from school to the workforce. SLES funding is available for students in their final  years of schooling as well as the two years that follow. DAYS has a unique approach to SLES by providing 1:1 support as well as group setting delivery. Each participant is treated as an individual and receives a tailored plan to suit their needs.
